      My manager is by far the best I have ever had and I think ever will have, great team and recognition

      Not all managers are on the same level some belittle, low career progression opportunities due to small nature of business

      My coworkers were never nice

      Cons

      The pay is much lower than any other banks in the area. The upper management does not have any regard for the average employee, I was a part of 9 branch layoff that was handled very poorly
