      Sales were number one, it didn’t matter if you had the happiest customers or the most adherent work, you needed to have more sales

      My coworkers were never nice

      Cons

      The pay is much lower than any other banks in the area. The upper management does not have any regard for the average employee, I was a part of 9 branch layoff that was handled very poorly
