      Nothing good to write here.

      Cons

      Not for experienced professionals, they do not value your experience. Even If you join as CEO, they will expect you to be Teller for 2 years at least in that organisation first. Culture is worst and full of politics. Join if you want to mess with your career and income. Lots of dirty politics.

      My coworkers were never nice

      Cons

      The pay is much lower than any other banks in the area. The upper management does not have any regard for the average employee, I was a part of 9 branch layoff that was handled very poorly
