They have good benefits such as the 410k match and they adjust salaries for regional cost of living and health insurance is priced fair
Cons
IT systems are terrible. They are outdated beyond belief. The IT systems are a productivity killer. I spend more time doing clerical work then what I was hired to do. My managers love to yell and scream at people. This makes our work product decline and not get better. Management seems to hate the people they supervise
