Pros
Encouraged ee's to think and make the job their own; didn't make you fit into a mold to complete your work. Great management with open door policies that always wanted the best for you, which in turn created a solid culture of trust.
Cons
No clear path for upward mobility. Same job for years, and while title's may change, the job remained the same. New hires tend to fill upper positions.
