      A lot of great people with long time employees establishing great relationships. Pay and benefits

      Cons

      Some members of management are out of touch and dishonest. Outsourcing several jobs to offshore for less money, displacing many long time loyal employees, with no regard to loyalty. Work life balance used to be important.
