Cons
Middle to Upper Management only concerned with the bottom line - Incompentent employees are protected yet hard working employees are taken advantage of. Brown nosing to management seems to be encouraged, back stabbing as well. IT Services is politics laden - employees should watch their back especially when another reorganization comes around. Pushing good employees out seems to be the norm. Open positions really aren't available to former employees - despite contacting HR about the open position on feedback when resumes are placed. Former employees who wish to return to GAIC are given the cold shoulder by HR. This used to be a family focused company. Not any longer because of current senior management's outlook and so-called vision.
