Pros
Its located in downtown Cincinnati so you have all of the local restaurants to eat at. Its been around for a while and will be in the future and its in an industry that will always be needed. They do offer training, but its mainly just "teach yourself" type of classes. Plus, C. Lindner takes good care of their employees (ex. brining Jessica Simpson in for the Christmas party)
Cons
The pay is really low, even for Cincinnati standards. The managers have a bad habit of micro-managing. Parking downtown is $15/ day and rush hour traffic is terrible in the city. Plus, their systems are incredibly old and in desperate need of replacing.
