# Employees forced to post fake reviews on glassdoor # They force you to sign up Illegal bonds , to forcefully retain employee # Pathetic timesheet rules # Ultra-Micromanagement , they even want to know if you breath. # No work life balance , even if i worked till late night that isn't compensated . # No over-Time payment to employees , you need to work in your shift and after you go home you need to update clients about every thing you have done. # leads who are old in the company are insensitive. # Employees treated like slaves, that's why everyone who joins this company starts looking for a new job after one year || It's better to be jobless than to join this organization ||
