Pros
1. Employee welfare/satisfaction is among the company's priorities. 2. Flexible work timings. 3. 5-day a week. 4. Bi-annual review, plus Diwali bonus. 5. Timely recreational sessions. 6. Great exposure and lots to learn.
Cons
1. Too many daily as well as weekly sheets to fill, which takes up a great deal of the employee's work time. 2. Diwali bonus should be given to new joinees as well, regardless of the little time they've spent in the company. 3. Cafeteria is too much crowded during lunch hours. Needs to be more spacious.
