Current leadership team has focus on a single thing, which is its SAAS solution, to the detriment of whole hardware products departments, laying off the talent that brought them where they are. Moreover, they are moving their software development to their new "software center of excellence" in Poland, laying of people from other software departments and moving their jobs to Poland.
