Pros
1. Bosses don't really give a damn about you (As long as you get your work done, they don't care that you're late or have a slightly longer lunch). 2. Occasional treats from bosses (KFC, PizzaHut etc...). 3. Good bonus every Chinese New Year. 4. Many popular brands & businesses use their services (You may be able to network). 5. Colleagues are really cool to work with & willing to share their knowledge of their expertise.
Cons
1. Bosses don't really give a damn about you (Goodluck if you have any disputes or issues). 2. No work-life balance (This point is particularly bad, you have been warned). 3. Poor communication between Bosses & Project Managers when handing projects to Designers (Only 1 Project Manager is actually good). 4. No actual feedback system (You just have to bring up issues if you have them but refer to point 1). 5. Will call you back last minute on your Non-working days, Leaves or Time-Offs. 6. Responsibilities are not clear, may be asked to do additional duties. 7. No paid overtime, reimbursed through Time-Offs (which expire after 3 months). 8. You will still receive projects when you're ill/on MC.
