      I loved working here. I was contracted in for 6 months to cover a maternity leave. Everyone was very nice and approachable.

      Well, eventually my contract was up and I had to leave.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
