-Low Pay!!!!! The company is so focused on the sales Dept. they forget the teams that actually do the work! I understand sales may bring in an opportunity, but it is Premiers who executes, maintains, and builds the book of business. However Sales is paid top dollar as well as given commissions. You can go to any other company and get what a senior premier rep makes, as base pay. -New processes are rolled out constantly with out testing prior and proper training to reps. Which leads to issues with order processes and escalations. - Bonuses are not fairly reviewed. Your bonus is deducted by a third if a customer rates you lower than a 8. Doesn't even have to be about something in your control. If the customers service was down, and repair did not respond fast enough, guess what, you get a low rating and your bonus is gone! -Management sucks! if something goes wrong and you went through all the processes of escalation, YOU will still be at fault as the premier rep.
