Complete disfunction - Maintenance Technician Graham Packaging Employee Review

Pure disfunction. From the top all the way down. Corporate has no idea how to fix any problems at the plant level. At plant level it's shady, bad talking behind everyone's back but acting buddy to their face. They claim to be making money but have nothing for inventory as far as parts go. The hierarchy they've created from operators turning wrenches, to leads turning wrenches and then maintence having to come behind them and fix the problems they created is insane. Never worked anywhere with such a toxic culture. Preach safety till it comes to putting bottles through the wall to the customer then it's all out the window. How such a dirty dusty plave can be 'gmp' is beyond me.
