      Pros

      - Regular Team members are nice - And interesting concept, although limited in choices - Getting to try the food

      Cons

      - A blame culture that forster a terrible atmosphere - Hire people on the cheap, let them fix your broken teams and let them go before probation finishes - Super high turn over of staff - Dysfunctional management team that works like a boys' club. If you're not a boy, or not licking a boy's boots, you'll never get anywhere - Doesn't recognise talent or invest in people - So process bound that the company remains stuck with the same problems - Location is not great - Offices are not conducive to team work and collaboration

      • A growing focus on quality rather than speed, even from senior leaders • A growing focus on AI, with engineers empowered to experiment and explore • An environment where things get done, yet people aren't expected to work long hours • A healthy focus on data, without requiring every decision to have mountains of evidence

      Cons

      • Can over-index towards high-confidence plans and timelines, rather than high quality decisions • Team changes are too regular - the value of a stable team that rotates through problems isn't understood

      Great working culture, wonderful colleagues

      Cons

      Sporadic support in terms of ways of working and the tech stack. No bonus. Underwhelming increases.
