Pros
No real pros here. Working one month is equivalent to working one year elsewhere in terms of hours and unwarranted cumulative stress. Forget about military - if you can survive working here for more than two months without committing suicide, anything else will seem easy to you. I really don't know how it's physically and mentally possible to stay longer than that. Fellow workers are smart and good people who chose the wrong path by accident.
Cons
Everything is dictated by the managing partner (Deepak). There is no concern over your health whatsoever, you are considered a fixed cost that needs to be utilized to the most extreme. He hates the mindset of modern workers, by that I mean anything related to workers' feelings, work culture, or rights. Really don't recommend anyone going through hell, it's easy to lose your mind and have some sort of post-traumatic experience.
