Nothing to say, you can learn how to protect yourself against micro-management.
Cons
Release management was worse than any company I had experienced. The department managers did not really follow the directions of CEO for new goals. The communication between colleagues were inefficient even inside the same department. Managers were not good at leadership, and even did not have enough experience and knowledge on the AI.
