Good workgroup, horrible management - Designer Goose and Hopper Employee Review

The management is totally alienated from the employees, their growth is not been pushed by the leaders, many times the employees are completely lost about their responsibilities or duties. Managers are often traveling in meaningless trips which has nothing to do with the company and don't provide any opportunities or value.
