      Pros

      Easy work. Customer service driven. Get to gain knowledge of liquor and practices. Get to meet lots of people daily.

      Cons

      Lack of internal structure. Incompetent staff who are equally unreliable. Have to deal with theft, thieves can be with a weapon in a bad neighborhood. Ordering and receiving can be a mess, lots of SKUs.
