Pros

Helping with a hand up instead of a hand out.

Cons

* Very little reward for the hourly associates that carry the brunt of the business * Varying standards, task outlines spell out what has to be done, then you are told you have to do 200 more for example. There has to be a standard and a set expectation that can't change. To many chiefs that cause mis communication with the Mgt. team. Mgt team told to hold accountable, then each member of the hourly associates have the DM on speed dial. Mgt. is not allowed to run the store as they are undermind.

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
