Pros
They promote well and offer Christmas bonuses to their employees at least they did when I was there. Great job for those just entering the work force. Offers PTO to full timers.
Cons
Very physical work that can be quite dirty. Upper management tends to be out of touch with types of items being donated for sale or the times of the year where donations maybe low quality yet they demand sales numbers to be met.
