The teams are collaborative, management is structured yet approachable, and the leadership team genuinely cares about your development. I had the chance to work with amazing clients and learned a lot through hands-on global sourcing projects. The company gives you space to grow and take ownership of your work, which I really appreciated.

Occasionally, I needed to respond to suppliers outside of working hours due to time zone differences. but to me, that comes with the nature of global sourcing and wasn’t a problem at all. Honestly, I had no major cons during my time here.
