No complaints always helpful when I need assistance

Sometimes they are hard to reach by phone but once you do they are helpful

Immediate staff and co-workers were extremely helpful in care of residents; Reasonable compensation. Cons: The negative outweighs any positive. Meetings are a joke; someone gets skewered in every team meeting by the ED. Very little positive exchange for fear of retaliation. Unsafe work environment due to unprofessional ED and Assistant ED.

Bullied, verbally abused, lots of drama; yelling and screaming from ED; over-worked; ED never assisted; no work-life balance; very unprofessional business office. Promises made; never kept. The worst experience ever!! Don't waste your time.
