      Pros

      Great Mission. Changing the way people get access to local food and foodmakers. Great team. Free Lunches and great access to high quality food for everyone. Cool swag.

      Cons

      Management could do a better job communicating with the employees. Goals setting and reviews of individual employees is almost non-existent. Hours can be long.
