Middle management always does their best to support employees and guests.
Cons
Ownership and upper management have one thing in mind, $$$. They have little care for their employees. They want to give the luxury experience but won’t pay their employees well or fix known, ongoing problems. The former Dir of Ops was blatantly racist and misogynistic but when HR was given ample evidence of his behavior, they just talked to him, then his behavior became retaliatory. Much is expected of line level employees without the support of management or resources needed to complete the job.
