No cons, love this company!

Pros of working for this company is that it is remote, you don’t have to worry about layoffs for the most part so consistent income is good.

The cons is that the pay is very low. There were other companies paying more to do less for the same position. It could be that it’s a small company and can’t pay higher salaries. I don’t really know. It’s also very micro manager like. No real career growth
