Pros
The employee discount is good. You feel like you are doing good work for a while, but it only lasts as long as you convince yourself you aren't being gaslit.
Cons
Act like they are a small business but operate like a corporation. Would rather continue to hire more and more people, than cut hours instead of facilitating a small staff that they pay well. It feels like a good environment, but also just feels like a 'Girl Boss' type place. Hustle culture feels more prominent than they will admit. You can be sick with a fever and they will still make you feel like you have to be there. They pay their core staff well and their sales associates poorly. They will encourage you to be unapologetically yourself and then set a specific dress code for events and imply it's optional. They will tell you they can't afford to give you a raise, but then hire someone from part-time to a salaried position. When you go to them with concerns (which they encourage you to do) then do nothing to ameliorate those claims or do anything but make you feel like it is your fault. This is not a good company, though they may do good things.
