      Worked with a great team of people that did their jobs well, but with no appreciation

      Cons

      Unethical, property owner is a bully to his employees. Micromanages and doesn't allow you to do your job in a way that would bring better results

      Pros

      -The employees here were great to work with, they do what they can with the limited resources given. -It may be a great place to start your career and leave -Discounted apartment - Networking opportunities

      Cons

      -The owners do not want to invest into the company to ensure the properties function. -The systems are outdated -Overworked and under paid salary employees -No marketing department department to help meet leasing. Everything is based on Facebook. -Demeaning communication -No human Resources -No true legal department -many have claimed it to be a hostile work environment
