      People who really cared about the business, great products.

      Cons

      As they closed domestic mills and tried to keep up with long term debt, things slowly became all about dollars and less about the product.

      Family based and awesome people from upper management as well as the entire staff. They make it easy to come to work and are like ine big happy working family business. Highly recommend

      Wish they had a place in the west coast as I would never have left there.
