I have really nice teammates

Cons

Pay isn't the best. Hard to get help and you never get a clear cut answer on what you can and cannot do. EVERYONE always has a different answer. The handle time isn't realistic and the customers always talk about how rude the agents are.

Cons

Recruiting can be fast-paced at times, especially during periods of growth, but leadership provides the resources and support needed to be successful.
