This was great work sch offered oppose to Monday through Friday but there's not growth of opportunism to this - Accrue up to 150 hrs of Vacation time, 32 hrs PTO, 80 hrs sick time. - absolutely no growth in the company. It's better if you leave and come back for a better position with experience. - Mangers freely do as they please - poorly staffed - they Promote mangers not techs or standard employees. barely recongize the teams that meet mangers deadlines. Credit is given to the managers not the employees who made the project successful - most hired on employees are lazy here. You walk past people you will likely see Facebook or social media or some streaming, personal browsing. - false promises - you can get stuck here cause its so comfortable without any movement for your career goals - small cent raises but bonuses are given to mangers
