1. Best in learning 2. Good managers and Team is supportive. Healthy environment. 3. No micromanagement 4. Best work life balance 5. Good number of leaves, wfh policy, flexible working hours based on work requirements and team 6. Internal job postings available 7. Chance to work closely with global team 8. Great experience to work with higher management/directors/ practice head/ project managers who already completed more than 12 years with company. 9. Strong work ethics, following diversity and inclusion, and celebrating all festives and event. Strong HR support, perfect admin department, and quick responsive IT team.

Cons

1. Average salary compared to industry norms 2. Little slow career growth. Don't expect exponential. Slow and steady. 3. Low bonus, commission or award amounts

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Pros

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
