They do fake promotions to make you feel special with a title. There’s a lot of gossip around the office like high school, you have to work every Saturday six days a week after your fake promotion, they will also use brainwashing methods to make you feel like you have to stay, they make it extremely difficult for you to look for any other employment outside of their office, make you feel horrible if you call out sick because they will have you working outside in any kind of weather conditions selling a can of wax. With no benefits at all. It’s all mind games! Run far away from this company it’s all foolishness.
