Don’t Get pregnant - Systems Analyst Global Systems Technologies Employee Review

Once announcing I was pregnant they decided within the month I needed another person to share my intense workload. They hired an older gentleman who had grown children. I trained him in the role. I left for maternity leave and returned. Two weeks after my return they announced there was not enough work for two people in the position and I was going to be laid off in 8 weeks (but stop working now) with 3 months severance. I worked there for 3 years. Yes I think they over compensated because they knew how WRONG it was. Oh I never had a negative review and the clients loved me. The head client even asked me to apply to work for them and said everyone there saw what was going on.
