      Flexible working time, besides this, there is no Pros.

      Cons

      The whole business organization was chaos and every engineer was doing the jobs by his or her own way. Regarding the benefits, some engineers who were the former employees at this company said this company was not the worst one, but it should be staying at the bottom 10% of automotive industry. This company did not have opportunities for young engineer's career development. Totally, the experiences at Global Steering were terrible.

      Pros

      There are some good smart minds here.

      Cons

      It seems the company is in a downward spiral. Even after getting bought, it does not feel safe. Management does not seem to be listening anymore. There is a lack of progress and everything is becoming reactive even if there was writing on the wall.
