Hard to move up in company

was really good working for the past 4 years met a lot of good guys and cool people around samsung site.but since management changed at 2017 everything has gone haywire

New management doesn't care about you even though you have contributed a lot to the company they will still treat you like nothing. specially the current field manager. expect to be yelled a lot if you are going to work here. they will keep you from growing and just make you a slave.
