No opportunity for personal growth. Issues with meeting payroll on a regular cycle. Owner does not hold employees as the top priority for paying them.

Poor financial management. Labor law issues.

Easy selection. No documentation, easy interview, easy entry, inexperienced HR.

No professionalism, Use and through policy, they hire at peak season of business and lay off the staff at lean session. They do not pay salary to staff while leaving . Never pay salary on time. Salary date is 15 but will not be given before 20 every month. Worst company to work. Never recommend to anyone. Management is very cunning. Its a company of thieves. No employee benifits are given. Reimbursement and variables are not paid. Owner Dr. Sunita Gandhi is very sweet at front and shows as she is not aware of any thing but she is real culprit behind everything. Dont trust her, she will commit many things to you but will never fulfill. And at any day they will lay off employee withought even giving any notice. Beaware of her.
