A company moving in the right direction - Engineer Global 4 Employee Review

Great atmosphere and culture, very good company

None at all good company

I cannot think of anything above average that I experienced whilst working for this company. A lot of the people were nice however they also left for similar reasons.

I was in conversation about being either promoted to 1st line team leader, or into 2nd line for over a year. In this time I had 3 different line managers and the conversation was reset each time. Once I finally got the promotion it required manager intervention to increase my pay, as the salary they offered was still under their own pay banding for the position. I was given an extra 500 which put me at the bare minimum of the banding. (27500) Once I handed in my notice for many other reasons, two adverts went live for 2nd line positions paying 35-40000. This was weeks after the ceo had the audacity to have a meeting infront of the entire company assuring pay would be looked into. A 7 figure monthly deal was being left to one person within the 1st line team. I had to send emails to management as well as organise meetings with upper management to make sure their own projects were taken seriously. If you apply for a job within this company, just make sure you are able to say no, as you will be taken advantage of if you can't.
