Pros
Worked here for a little over a year.
-Amazing scheduling flexibility.
Incredible clients — I built genuine one-on-one relationships and met some amazing people, including Houston Texans cheerleaders and business professionals throughout Houston.
Supportive leadership. When I worked there, our manager had been with the company for over 10 years and was an incredible mentor who taught me everything I needed to know about the spa and wellness world.
Strong sense of community and connection with returning clients.
One of the best perks: employees received an unlimited membership, which made learning the services and taking care of your own wellness so easy.
Great opportunities for hands-on training — I enjoyed becoming certified in Hydrafacials and other spa services, which strengthened my skill set and confidence.
A meaningful environment for anyone who loves wellness, customer experience, and building rapport.
Cons
Very sales-driven environment with daily sales charts and rankings visible to the entire team.
High expectations at the Houston location since it was the first to open.
Late-night safety concerns. The area can experience high foot traffic, random passersby, and occasional break-ins. Sometimes security was present, and sometimes it wasn’t—this could feel unsafe, especially as a woman in her early 20s working closing shifts.
If you’re not comfortable selling memberships, packages, or retail products, this role may not be the best fit.
