Very busy and hard to balance at times

The CEO Erika is very open minded and receptive to feedback. Every employee had easy access to her through text message or a company messaging app. Having an accessible and approachable CEO, leads to a very strong company dynamic and great team work. The company has grown a tremendous amount in the past year and Erika has sourced strong talent to lead the company to the next level. Working with a company in this stage is very exciting for every employee as there is so much growth potential. The Glam+Go concept is unique and fills a gap in the market. It is a fun industry to work in. One of Erika’s talents is that she has been able to evolve the company’s model so we always stay current and on trend ie Glam+Go’s current evolution to becoming full service nationally.
