Excellent training provided. Given ample opportunities to Excel calling on behalf of various non profit campaigns. Constant interaction between staff when help is needed.Spiffs and bonuses are available! Wonderful job to work at so you can expand your horizon and carry out meaningful conversations with passionate donors. Flexible schedule available

Cons

Number of campaigns vary, sometimes 6 being called, sometimes only 3. More games for participating on daily basis change quite a bit

Pros

Clean work environment in Henderson, NV. Near the Galleria Mall on Stephanie at Warm Springs Road. Easy commute location for public transportation.

Cons

Management unfairly treats employees using double-standard. Favorites are allowed to slack off, while others are constantly watched to make sure they are at their desks at all times. Even reasonable restroom breaks are criticised by management. Management says they perform pre-employment background checks, but it's obvious they don't. This call center is supposed to be secure because employees ask clients for their private information, including credit cards. But MANY of the people working there are admitted drug users, ex-felons and or highly questionable character. I have personally witnessed drug transactions on the property. There is a revolving door of people working at GiveRight. Too many for my comfort. Nobody lasts more than a few months.
