Let me explain a bit here. Have you ever heard this name before zwing? i think never. When you will be invited for the interview they will say this is a child company of Ginesys. Once you join this company then you will get to know that even they do not have a HR. To whom you will pass your concerns? Ok to ginesys HR? No No they will not listen to you, because a fresher is running this company who does not have the experience to talk to employees.Then how you can expect that he will listen to HR's from ginesys or from you? Now come to salary part. If your bad luck works and you joined this company, this is predefined that you are not going to get a single buck from your dues if you resigned after some time? I am mentioning this all because i am a live example to whom this all happened. After following up for 4 months after resignation and 20 emails, they simply gave a single reply "We can not pay you, you are not on the company pay role now". Are you having a rich background then that is ok join it else do not think about and look for some other option out there.
