Pros
-50% off food. -Flexible working hours. -Service Charge so they pay better per hour than most restaurants. -The teams I have worked with in this company have always been great, people are encouraging, supportive and understanding.
Cons
-Shifts are often scheduled and cancelled last minute, and it feels like working on call except without the pay. You often feel pressured to take shifts because you have no idea when your next shift will be. -Had shifts changed without being informed. This has then been updated in the work group chat, but not actually changed in the rota app which I think is unprofessional. -Outside the holiday season you are lucky to get more than 10 hours per week.
