      Huge opportunity to learn a lot. You get to do everything not just recruiting or performance management or employee relations. Great confidential exposure to everything HR deals with when it comes to the business as well as the employees.

      Culture is lagging. Decision making is slow and political.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
