      Good salary ( If you bargain during joining),Leave encashment ,Good development process.Decent life balance as work is negligible.

      Cons

      High bureaucracy,Red Tape within different verticals,No employee development focus,People are passing time by delaying simple decisions and running in circles.Not good place if you are result oriented and independent manager.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
