Good environment for learning - Paralegal Gherson Employee Review

I worked in General Team (deals with UK inbound immigration matters). Team: Every member of the team was very professional and supportive. I am surprised to see some comments about 'toxic environment' as I did not observe that at Gherson. The team manager treats everyone with respect and so do other team members. The overall dynamic in the team seemed very positive to me. There can be some small talks but I would not categorise those as 'toxic'. Career progression: Many team members secured training contract with the firm. I think the firm is doing really good job in not keeping people at paralegal position for eternity (as many firms do). Management: I can't add anything about the CEO as I have not seen him much. The practice manager and the compliance manager were really nice.
