Pros
I have found that leadership really listens and acts, sen though it may not always be immediately apparent in public view. Some issues are more appropriately dealt with in private, and since there are usually two or more sides to eery issue, leadership seems to take care not to act in an unbalanced way, but really understand any issues and act more globally for the mutual benefit of the individuals and office. If you know what you want for your career, and/or are trying to still figure it out, the office offers enough breadth and depth for communicative employees to sculpt their own path over time, whether on projects of certain types, or flexibility in work hours, etc. I have found the resources here to advance my own interests for years, at least.
Cons
Some staff just don’t work out, or aren’t really top-tier like one would expect at a place with the brand reputation of Ghafari. But if you’re willing to work hard, then everyone can find their place (or move on, if that’s better for them).
