Onboard training and communication during delivery were good.
Cons
Had to chase up non-payment of the invoice, as the initial contact was not replying to messages. Although discussions suggested there would be further opportunities to deliver, these did not occur, and I receievd no response via email or by phone from the initial contact, their line manager or HR regarding confirmation of further opportunities or that the contract had been ended.
