Pros
1. Salary on Time 2. Good working environment 3. Colleagues are good 4. Good clients to work with 5. Lots of learning
Cons
1. Management: Despite appearances, the management is essentially a one-man show. He is the mastermind behind everything and has a tendency to make things unnecessarily complicated for others to handle. While there are different teams, the attrition rate is highest in his team due to his toxic behavior. He expects people to work 24/7 and becomes defensive and hostile when given feedback, often retaliating by: - Questioning one's performance - Providing constant criticism - Making someone a scapegoat for others' mistakes This eventually leads to employees submitting their resignation. I reported these issues to HR and the AVP via email, but unfortunately, no effort was made to address or retain talent. 2. The tools provided are extremely basic. 3. Training is not given properly, and then they expect you to perform flawlessly without any mistakes. 4. Zero Personal Life - and the excuse is that our field requires an unusually high workload, so we're expected to be glued to our phones even on weekends. 5. If you want to learn how to blame others, then this guy is the perfect mentor. 6. You'll be doing all the work like a laborer, and then he'll take all the credit, saying you wouldn't have accomplished anything without his help (even though things would have been better without his interference). And when things go wrong, guess who gets all the blame? "That's you!"
